Hi Joe - the EQAB disqualification was that the "proof" that the Romans
actually occupied the modern day region of Hesse Germany is a point of
dispute. Research by EQAB revealed that the northern edge of the Roman
occupation of Germany was the Rhine river, the province of Hesse is
considerably farther North of the river. Heaven forbid if the EQAB would
intentionally disqualify Doug's answer.
