Ahhh, I now get to use Dave's disqualification against him.  Yes, the
Romans did not go north of the Rhine.  As I said, the Roman maps were
marked "Don't Go Here" and the Roman legions would not go near Hesse for
the reasons I stated.  That is WHY the Romans did not go north of the Rhine.
