Fellow TechNetters:

   Is it safe to stated that a SUPPORTED hole contains a plated through BARREL and an UNSUPPORTED holes does not contain a plated through BARREL...   I am measuring the hole break out on an external PTH annular ring.   IPC-2221  Figure 9-2 & Table 9-2.
