Probably falls in the same category as the precision of the locations of
pads on the board: Whatever the drawing specifies!

Dear TechNetters:

Can anyone point me in the direction of a standard/reference that defines
tolerance for PCB size (length and width)?

The -2221, Fig. 5-1, shows ± 0.016". This seems quite generous but I can
find nothing else.
