Without understanding the circuit, swapping active parts and inductors can cause unintended consequences. I swapped out an obsolete op-amp for a newer op-amp with similar spec and a faster slew rate on one design. The higher slew rate propagated more noise and under certain circumstances, malfunctioned. We had to rework entire lots and recall a shipment to a customer. (Luckily, we caught it before our exposure was large.)
That said, production can't always wait for engineers...
The specs are pretty much the same. The biggest difference is the Q factor, which the Abracon part comes closest to the original (original-45, substitute-40, although the Q factor is measured at different frequencies, which makes inductor comparison using datasheets difficult since Q can change with frequency.)
If this is a micro power supply circuit, it likely won't have a large, if any, effect.
If it's an RF circuit, you may see signal degradation on the side-bands of whatever frequency the circuit is tuned to.
