There are literally hundreds of them. It dependsTM on what you call solder mask.
Atotech, Rohm Haas, Vacrel, DynaMask, Coat it with Coates Circuit Products, LPKF ProMask, Electra Polymers, Henkel Loctite are some I can add.
I have seen a green, oil-based paint used (exterior paint, they told me "interior paint not so good, no").

In US, there are Taiyo, Huntsman and Enthone.
In Europe, there is Electra (UK), may be others too but I am not very familiar with the European market.
In Asia, you can get all of the above, plus other Asian brands such as Tamura, Greencure, Rongda, Hongda, and many more.
Most suppliers have a full product line for different color, appearance (glossy, semi-glossy, matte) and application (general purpose, ENIG, LDI, etc). You can get 20-40 different combinations from each manufacturer.
To make it more confusing, same manufacturer can have different product lines depending on the manufacturing site and product market. For instance, Taiyo facilities in USA, Japan, Taiwan and China all make different products that are not necessary interchangeable. You will have to go to each manufacturer's website to see what they offer.
