You should contact the shops that do conductive and non-conductive via
fill as an outsource service: HDI Via Fill Services in CA and Applied
Circuit Services in NH. Their broad customer base means they've dealt
with a high mix of customer applications and will be able to tell you
what is feasible from a processing standpoint.
