Hi Ernesto,

Simplest machine I've worked with is a V-Tek TM-50:

I like V-Tek, they are a one stop shop, you can get your machine and all
the supplies (Carrier tape & Cover tape) there.

The machine is very simple to use and does a really good job. You can even
rent it if you want.
