I am looking for a formula to calculate the wave solder flux loading / deposition in - μg/in2 of solids or μg/cm2 of solids with the following machine parameters, 

Flux solid content : % 
Conveyor speed : m/min 
Flux Spray Volume : ml / min 
Spray Head Traverse : mm / sec 

Does anyone know if there is a calculation that can be used to give the loading? Any help would be most appreciated.
