In your statement you wrote, ENIG ŭit's Ni-P, does the P stand for phosphorus?
What did you mean by (rarely Ni-B), what does the B stand for?

For hard gold ad far as I know it's Ni (electroplated), while for ENIG ŭit's Ni-P (rarely Ni-B) and it's electroless.
