Good afternoon all,

Happy New Year.  Does anyone on the Net know of a study correlating
conformal coating type or thickness, specifically dielectric strenght, vs.
altitude?  For example, does Coating A have the same dielectric breakdown
strength at 500 feet that it does at 75,000 feet?
