We have an ERSA Versaflow Selective, twin pot and preheaters and heaters over the soldering pots, good machine and easy enough to programme PCB stays static and the solder pots move, also have used SEHO Power Selective again good machine but different in that the pots are static and PCB moves.  Both machines capable of Lead and Lead free use, and both with Nitrogen and various other options available, also both can use either wettable or non-wettable nozzles. Really depends what you are after and budget.
