Hi Doug,

Thank you very much for the warning. I better tell my brother not to get any Akvavit.

But whatever you do, don't, repeat DON'T let the boys get into the Akvavit. I shudder remembering the last time that happened.

Better hurry to Walmart and get two more turkeys, several pounds of cranberries, more stuffing, another 5 lb bag of potatoes, and at least one pumpkin and one banana cream pie. Re-think the beets, pickles, green bean casserole with French-fried onion topping, and plenty of green jello and whipped cream. Be sure there are plenty of chairs out on the porch; the boys are good Lutherans (well they drive John Deere, don't they?).

Hi Ravinder - I talked to the boys and after I told them what our weather was like here in Iowa, they used their Blackberry phones, called their wives and it now appears that you are hosting them for Thanksgiving! Make sure they earn their keep and don't cause too much trouble. Doug and I will plan on seeing them back here after the holiday.
