And a lot more reliable and less costly than the ESD heel straps that need to be replaced every month or so, and you don't forget to put your shoes on before going into the factory, and the shoes do not contribute to trips and falls like the straps do, and you don't have to be a professional contortionist to put the shoes on, and.......
