Victor,
The test you are looking for is UL Flammability Test 94.  Most call out the
vertical burn test.  CC-830 calls out the Horizontal Burn test.

There is an ASTM method (D635) that is called out by MIL-I-46058 on
coatings, but the UL test is far more widely specified.
