There is an IPC DFX document in development that includes a DFT section. You can join the committee. :-)

And SMTAI has a document TP-101E that is very complete and includes physical and electrical requirements.

Subject: [TN] Design for Test Standard?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if IPC has a "design for test" standard? Can't seem to find one.

Thanks in advance!

Ron
