Hi Victor
It is OI-645 (OI for Optical Inspection)
https://portal.ipc.org/Purchase/ProductDetail.aspx?Product_code=ea182080-b586-db11-a4eb-005056875b22
There is a related resolution target with P/N IPC-OI-1951, based upon MIL-STD-150A (USAF 1951) mathematical standard.
The tool can be used to assess resolving power from human eye to 645 lp/mm.

Fellow TechNetters:
I will submit my initial inquiry once again. During my search of IPC Standards I ran across this reference. The above stated IPC DTD makes a reference to another doc, IPC-01-645. I was not able to find a link for it. Can anyone chime in with comments and/or suggestions on this task?
