The Question:
This element has few industrial uses due to its radioactivity. It has been used to eliminate static electricity in industrial processes such as the rolling out of paper or wire. It has been used to increase spark plug efficiency in automobiles for extremely cold temperature applications. The maximum allowable amount of this element that can be ingested is 0.8 million millionths of a gram.  What element is being described?
