The technology is there, at least to chamfer straight edges. PCBs with edge card connections are typically chamfered at 45 degrees.  AMC specs hold that chamfer very tight at +/- 1 degree.

Subject: [TN] Chamfered PCB

I've got a request if a PCB can be chamfered. My initial inclination is yes, but I've never been asked.

What makes this difficult is the small size and one side in rounded.

PCB is 35.95mm long X 12.10mm wide (standard 1.57mm [0.062in] thick)

Chamfer would be 45 or 55 degrees all the way around, except the one width (12.1mm) side would be straight.

Shape is pcb is like this:
