All,

Looking for any feedback regarding the process of going from a laser cut stencil to a electroformed stencil with (Nano Coating). We are about to run trials with the new stencil and I wanted to get feedback from maybe those of you that have made a similar transition. Particularly the Paste Printer parameters. With the smoother aperture walls and the addition of the Nano coating, we plan on starting with the existing squeegee speed and pressure and adjust from there. What kind of result if different did other maybe experience? Any concerns or cautions?

Appreciate your feedback,

Jim
