Hi All,

Please see links below.  The extra solder that is attached to the termination side but also covering the part marking.

Obviously, our AOI is failing for the part marking which is a pain.  I'm curious on what everyone's thoughts are regarding the extra piece of solder extending out on the body of the resistor?  I've tried to remove the extra solder but it is attached and doesn't come free.  Besides having to deal with the AOI failures, what do you think about the extra solder and should I replace the resistors?
