Lyon, you can send pictures to me. Usually even if all contacts are biased toward one side of the contact pocket, it doesn't mean the connector is not functional as long as the contacts move back and forth within the contact core. If the lean is too great, the contacts could crush during module insertion or not spring back to the preload position when the module is removed. If either of these cases is occurring, then you have a problem.
