Current we are studying two selective solder machine:
# Seho Machine, in the next month we'll go to Jena to visit the SEHO factory
# Ersa VersaFlow Multiwave
Both machine are very good, but there are another machine like Juki. In
particularly I worked just Ersa Versoflow, very good machine and we have
Seho Wave Solder, and Seho is very good machine too. Juki is a simple
machine to low/middle volume.

Assunto: [TN] selective soldering - what machine?
Good day TechNet
We are looking to expand our capacity, and purchase a selective solder
machine. We are a high mix / low volume facility, contract work - so lots
of changeovers. My key criteria are ease of programming and ease of
maintenance. Our boards are typically not thick or heavy, so pre-heat is
not an essential consideration. Dual pot or pot changeover is of value -
most of our customers are still tin/lead, but there is some movement to lead
free.
Any recommendations? Reminder - if you are the equipment rep, contact me
offline and please do not spam the list.
Thanks!
