Dear Colleagues,
We have been facing troubles for a long trying to get a pcb CERTIFIED
FLIGHT QUALITY LEVEL provider. 
We are looking for following provider capability:
 
1- DFM process
2- Certified on Design, Qualification & Performance for rigid pcb´s not
only FR4 but ceramic for RF applications.
3- Multilayer
4- ENIG for BGA
5- HASL 
6- We have a comercial branch office in EEUU in order to facilitate
import custom dealing even it is not mandatory provider is located at
EEUU.
 
We have to define/deploy a new pcb provider and need to go to the point
due to we have no more time to spend on poor quality pcb´s provider but
"with great marketing".
 
Will appreciate your advise on such a matter. Could you pls suggest a
provider matching these features?
