Bhanu,

   I can appreciate the use of a pipette when it involves small parts such as SMT ceramic components.   However, I want to dye a 29 pin dual row Backplane connector in which pad cratering is suspected.   The pipette method is not suitable.   I want to submerge the whole connector in Zyglo and heat as recommended then pull a vacuum and then oven dry, 67°C, for a few minutes before encapsulating.   The proof is in the pudding!

Victor,

Use a glass pipette to draw the heated Zyglo and pour on region of interest, when sufficiently covered, place inside vacuum.
I think 1 hour is too long, pressure seems right.
