This is starting to get very interesting and worrisome. 
That is indeed a linear tech umodule. We do pre-bump the devices before the install.
I found out last night we actually have a SEM, even though we have L3 in the name we are a very small division. But I am going to work through all of the suggestions until we get to the bottom of it. If this is indeed a plating issue that would be really really really 
Bad.
