This is sad news, and I am sorry for Dieter's family. However, we should
remember that Dieter made an enormous contribution to the electronics
assembly and PWB fabrication industries, and had a long, happy and
successful life. I am grateful for his contributions to the industry.

Hello Everyone,
I was especially saddened to hear of the passing of Dieter Bergman, friend
and colleague.
Here was a man who was truly a legend in his own lifetime. He will be
sadly missed by people from all around the World, especially me.
The electronics industry has lost a true giant.
My thought are with his son David and his entire family.
