Hi Juliano-

An easy one!

The surface finish doesn't matter at this scale because the main concern is
moisture uptake on the PCB. Of course, that depends on the board and
materials, but typically a work shift (8-12 hrs) is just fine. If you have a
concern about a particular board, you need a balance good to micrograms and
an oven so you can see the rate of moisture uptake.
