Hi Ron,

Best thing to do is to print your board then place the components on the
first layer, then before reflow dispense a dot of solder paste on each
termination where you'll be doing your stacks, then hand place the stacked
component then reflow everything. We did that all the time at a past
employer. Takes a steady hand, but it's easier than hand soldering it and
it's much better for the caps that way...they don't like 800-degree
soldering irons that much.

Some people are better at this technique than others, I could do 0603's
pretty easily, but we had some ladies that could do quadruple stacks with
0402's! No sh*t! Check it out:
