Hi Victor,
I am not a layout person but use Allegro Viewer and Allegro PCB Designer
to review the designs. My understanding is that you will need licensed
Allegro PCB Designer to view the details of a hole (pad, drill, antipad).

Which ICON in the above stated program can I find the DRLL HOLE SIZE
for any drill hole within a PWB form Factor? I found the drill size
list.
