Victor, if you have a copy of IPC Review from August 2002, you can find an article I wrote about qualification of a conformal coating machine, although used with another material. I'll dig up a copy and send outside of TechNet.  Louis Hart

   I have not received many responses to my conformal coating inquiry, ACCL-53T.   Perhaps someone can share parameters associated with the process such as application equipment, spray nozzle, thickness, Drying, coverage, etc.   Is there an associated IPC Standard that I can review?
  I would very much appreciate any information you can share.
