Dear Technos,

I need to know what you use to filter the Nitrogen lines in a class 10000 clean room.

We currently have Entegris WG2F36WS1 filters, see http://www.entegris.com/resources/assets/4502-6109-1112.pdf , but, besides being obsolete and their replacements rather scarce (looks like 3/8 is not a popular hose size), they also are extremely expensive.

Thanks,

Ioan Tempea, P. Eng.
