Oggetto: [TN] Test coupon and PCB

We are making pcbs for aerospace applications. Our QC informed that the test
coupon used to evaluate the board shall be representative of PCB. Our PCB
consist of PTH ranging from 0.7mm to 1.4mm. Also design contains power
planes.

At present test coupons contain only 0.8mm PTH which lacks representation of
entire board.

Whether we shall carryout microsection of all types of holes initial and
stressed one ?.

Shall we include power planes in the test coupon ?.

diagonally opposite coupons are o.k ?.

waiting for your suggestions,

regards,

R.Saravanan
