I have not compared the list (lots of stuff to do after coming back from
APEX), but I think you will find additional labs that can do the work from
this IPC list.

I like it when a concise summary is presented when digging through archives,
so here it is. The reader is encouraged to also do 'Google Searches' on
their own for additional capable testing facilities.
The following list is a combination of comments received from IPC TechNet,
and Linked In Groups - Automotive Electronics Packaging, and Wire Bonding.
They are listed in alphabetical order. Check their web sites to see if they
offer the services you are looking for.
The last three, listed at the end, under "RGA Testing Labs" are those I have
used in the past for residual gas analysis testing of hermetic packages.
Not sure if Honeywell-Viking Labs is still in the business of offering RGA
testing services, so listed it without contact info.
