We're replacing the ESD mats on some of the metal trays in our assembly bake ovens (220 F) and looking for recommendations. Over the years several different types of mats have ended up in these ovens and their prolonged exposure to the high temperature discolored most of them and some have become brittle. From what I can tell most ESD mats include vinyls. Are there other ESD mat materials more suited to this environment?
