Hello technetters....

One of our plants is trying to implement an automated conformal coating
process and we are running into some issues with our material. It seems
that the coating is "bouncing" off the board and splattering over the rest
of the board.

My first thought, probably just like yours, is too much air pressure. But,
does the collective have any other suggestions?

The material is humiseal 1a33, it's thinned with humiseal 521 (60:40) and
it's and SCS coating machine.

Thanks in advance.
