Subject: [TN] Wire Splice Insulation Clearance

Is it a class 3 defect if a wire splice (wrap splice 26AWG) has an insulation clearance greater than 2 wire diameters? The actual insulation clearance is about 5-6 wire diameters from end of wrap to insulation.
