HI,
This is my first time implementing the J-STD-069 (Marking and Labeling of components, pcbs and pcba for lead/lead-free) on a new product, and most of its pretty straight forward. But I do have a question when it comes to identifying the board finish as I'm using ENEPIG and it's not identified. Should I use from para 5.2.2 B4 or the unassigned B7?
B4 seems like an option as it's primarily based with gold, but then the ENIG/ NiAu is tossed in. Which lends me to b7 as the safest bet.
Thoughts?
