《FCBGA表面贴装元器件机械冲击导致的锡裂和承垫坑裂/裂痕原位测量指南》



本指南为 FCBGA表面贴装组件在受到机械冲击或跌落时对焊点的电气和可靠性影响建立了测量方法。业界现行的基于事故发生前或发生后的电气测量方法，不能提供FCBGA焊点原位电气数据，对损伤的数据分析不可靠、费用高、耗时。原位测量不仅能检测菊链元件的FCBGA组件，还可检测带电、接地、菊链结构的元器件。另外，该指南中的测量方法提供可靠的Ball级电气数据，减少了后续分析时的故障隔离。
