Michael,

What I have done in the past was to use conventional pogo pins, mounted in a
Lucite block. Drill the Lucite to the dimensions necessary for the current
& voltage contacts.

I mounted the block to a plate attached to the vertical adjusting mechanism
of an old Bausch & Lomb microscope stand

Subject: [TN] 4 point collinear probe

We are looking to get a 4 point collinear probe to measure the surface and
volume resistivity per MIL-STD-883H Method 5011.5; 3.8.11. We're looking
specifically for one with current contact 2" apart and voltage contacts 0.5"
from the current contacts. Any idea where I could find this?
