At my previous job, we tried various solvents with little or no improvement vs a dry wipe using vacuum and quality paper. We performed a manual solvent clean prior to breaks followed by a automatic dry wipe to allow the solvent to evaporate. When ever solvent was used to clean the stencil, the paste had to be replaced.
