The caution with laser singulation is that the laser will carbonize the FR-4 along the edge. That is not a concern so long as the copper does not come out into that area.

Wow! 1.24 mil score! I wonder how that was done? Laser? Water-jet?

From the panel edge photo, it looks like there's no "V" relief to allow for any sort of real singulation in the conventional way that you use a V-score.

Best has a laser that can be used to de-panel something like this:

Subject: super fine score cuts

Hi Steve,
We have a 3 inch square panel of 144 little boards. They have the finest little score cuts I have ever seen. 
Each one has a tiny embedded device. I am afraid to break them apart. 
Wondering if you can post the pictures, and if you or anyone on Technet has a good idea for how to singlulate the boards.
