Richard,

For hybrid & semiconductor processing applications, I've always used the
March systems - both manual batch type and automated, in-line systems. They
have been multiple gas systems. They've held up well and provided stable
results.

If you are looking for a lab-type batch system, I am sure that you could
find something else that is cheaper in initial out-lay, but if you plan to
phase into Production, the system durability and repeatability come into
play.

Just my two bits

Steve C

Subject: [TN] Plasma cleaning machines

Would anybody out there care to share their experience with Plasma cleaners?
I am looking at YES, Nordson March, and PlasmaEtch machines, but know very
little about them.
Feel free to contact me offline with both good and bad opinions, as well as
other brands you think I should look at.
Thanks
dean
