Subject: [TN] rental of PTH plating thickness gauge

TechNetters, I want to rent a gauge for measuring copper plating thickness in circuit board plated through holes. Oxford used to rent its CMI 511, but no longer does so. Any suggestions about where to go for that or a comparable gage? I haven't had much success via the internet.

Thanks for any help.
