Hi Victor,

Have you looked at the surface finish with XRF. An XRF spectrum and photograph of the finish it might help determine what the finish is

Regards,
George

Subject: [TN] Final Surface finish

Fellow TechNetters:

Is there a final surface finish which has a high tin content along with some silver. It is not the traditional ImAg. The finish appears somewhat dull with good coverage on the edges of copper features.

Victor,
