Good morning Andrew.

We are using an Aqueous SMT series batch cleaner w/ an auxiliary DI rinse water heater for over 5 years. The Aqueous batch cleaner has been modified to include some of the Trident series features and the auxiliary DI rinse water heater was required because when the batch cleaner was purchased, Aqueous did not offer a built in DI rinse water heater. I believe that now you can purchase a batch cleaner with the DI water heater built in.

We use the batch cleaner to clean boards prior to ruggedization and/or conformal coating. The batch cleaner has worked very well but you need to stay on top of the regular maintenance and check the chemistry of the wash solution in the wash sump weekly and adjust/add as required. Service has been good over the years. We use a kaizen saponifier.

Best Regards,
-Joe

Subject: [TN] Small batch aqueous cleaning system and drying oven

Needing suggestions for a small dishwasher sized aqueous cleaning system and drying oven to remove dust, dirt and other environmental grime from military hardware as well as an option for rosin flux removal after rework.

Thanks in advance!
