Juliano,

Are they no-clean of water soluble fluxes? If water soluble, you can simply put the pallets in the same machine you use for cleaning the boards. For no-clean, you might want a batch cleaner, with no-clean dissolving chemistry (ask your wave flux supplier what chemicals they recommend), or simply let your pallets soak a while in that chemistry, brush and rinse.

Regards,

Ioan Tempea

Objet : [TN] Cleaner Solder Wave Pallet

Hi to all,
We are looking for the automatic machine and cleaner to clean the pallet after solder wave.
Do you knows some machines and cleaner? Any suggestion to clean with efficiency the pallets without specific machine?

Our pallets after soldering (around 30 times in the soldering) stays with many flux residues.

Thank you

Juliano Bettim Ribeiro
