Hi Victor - why not use the JSTD-003 specification for the testing? You don't have a "traditional" board but the solderability test methodology would be applicable.

Fellow TechNetters:

   IPC-TM-650 # 2.6.8 for PCB/PWB with and w/o PTH.   I want to conduct a 
Solderability test for a piece of sheet metal plated over with nickel. Can I preform horizontal or vertical Solderability test.
