A too strong blow-off of of the solder to get a flat finish by (one of) the HASL air knives will lead to insufficient solder coverage of the pads leading to unsolderable oxidized intermetallics after relatively short storage times. Since there is an airknive for each side, you may have an issue on only one side of the PCB which is rather unlikely for chemically deposited finishes like ImSn.
