Is the PCB/PWB stamp out? Router?
What is the thickness of the board in question?
Is the delamination on a smooth area, rough and/or break away zone, drill holes or V score?
Is the board multiple image which has to be separated by jig and/or manual.
Are there an internal/external comductors near the vicinity of the delam?
Victor,

Subject: [TN] PCB EDGE DELAMINATION
Dear all,
We have procured a pcb from our contract supplier in 2010. The board was wired in 2013. After wiring during inspection , edge De-lamination was noticed. What are the possible causes of edge De-lamination like one attached. regards,
R.Saravanan
